Vacuum

A thorough dry extraction with a professional grade vacuum will remove a great deal of embedded soil and grit from your carpet prior to the cleaning solution being applied.

Solution

Cleaning solution is then applied to the carpet which is pH neutral in dilution and has built in anti-foam and soil retardant properties and free from detergents (the main cause of re-soiling)

Agitation

Agitation of the cleaning solution using the appropriate brush machine enables separtation of soiling from the carpet fibres where the soil can then be extracted using a clean hot water rinse system.

Rinse

Hot water extraction is the most thorough method of cleaning carpets and is far superior than any other. Although water is used in this process using correct procedures moisture is kept to a minimum.

Grooming

Post cleaning your carpets will be re-groomed to reset the carpet pile for that just cleaned look and feel!

Drying

Your carpets will be cleaned using a degree of moisture to obtain the best possible results, the drying process is helped along with the aid of powerful air movers.

Drying Time

Under normal conditions and with the aid of professional air movers your your carpets should be dry within 4-6 hours and maybe slightly longer if wool or long pile carpets.
